Vintage Minolta Camera Microscope Adapter SR, SRT, MD. Shipped with USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Untested but appears to work as it should and is clean. Has a cap for the larger end. Fits SR, SRT, MD. May fit others, I'm not sure.
USPS First class package delivery (the cheapest option) has been EXTREMELY slow lately.  If you need it quicker choose Priority Mail at checkout.
